The Council of Logos is a group of creatures in the Kaijudo: Rise of the Duel Masters series.
Plot[]
Underneath the roaring sea of the Kaiju realm, in the heart of the Water civilization, sits the Water capital. This technology-savvy city is ruled by knowledge—and those who know the most are naturally the ones who rise to the top. In this case, that means the Cyber Lords of the Council of Logos.
While they may look like children, don’t let that fool you. The members of the Council are actually the most advanced creatures in the entire Kaiju realm. Between their vast intellect and powerful technology, the Council works together to govern the entire city.
If there is ever any doubt among the Council, they have a variety of resources to guide their decisions. Some of their methods are harmless and practical, such as visiting the Fountain of Knowledge and using the databases of the Mother Virus. However, the Council is not afraid to hunt down the information they need—often by any means necessary. If an answer truly eludes the Council, the Deep Mind Probe can drill into someone’s mind and locate whatever information they seek.
