He is a Water Civilization creature with the race of Trench Hunter who battles alongside Master Nadia.
Description
With the elegant, colorful head of a tropical fish and the tentacled body of a squid, Rusalka can move in any form of water: liquid, gas, or solid. This capability makes the trench hunter nearly impossible to hit in battle. Rusalka has powerful telepathic and psychic attacks, which it uses to render an opponent "dumbstruck" before coiling its tentacles around the foe's body to subdue it.
